MAGIC in Numbers MAKES MILLIONS

In the last Blog I mentioned a guy named Kevin Ham – he built a $300 million
dollar empire around Domains Names. “Business 2.0″ did a full feature on him. Although his Domain Names only earn him 63 cents a day – since the year 2000, he has acquired a domain name portfolio of over 300,000 domain names and he receives $70 million a year in revenue.

Here is HOW he did it ….. $70 Million Revenue a a year – that’s about $5.8 million per month. You may think is impossible to achieve. But follow me step by step…
Break it down into a per domain calculation:
$5,800,000 divided by 300,000 domain names turns out to be only $19 per month per domain.
Can you achieve that? Ok, now break it down even smaller.
A domain name is making $19.00 per month. If you divide $19.00 by 30 days in a month, it means he is making 63 cents per day per domain.
That is all it takes to build a $300 million empire.
Don’t you believe that is achievable by every one of us?

So, how do YOU make money as domainers? For the moment consider a faster way to build up capital than just relying on advertising clicks. Once your capital has increased and you have built a portfolio of domain names then after that has occurred you can sit back and just earn income passively from advertising clicks.

The second way the smaller domainers — people like you and me — make fast money is to sell to bigger domainers. If we have a name that is popular name, we turn around and sell it.
We “flip” domains just like investor “flips” real estate.
You buy a domain name for $6.99 plus 20 cents to ICANN – makes it just over $7 and you turn around and sell it for $660 …

The third way that money is being made is that names which are proven to be
performers — traffic performers — are developed into full-scale businesses.

This is called the “development model” and we’ll have a whole Blog devoted to it.

Kevin Ham regularly goes to Domain Name auctions – and spends hundreds of thousands of dollars each time.

This is what Kevin Ham is paying for domain names when he buys from a smaller player -

He bought the name HotelDeals.com for $171, 250. And if you go look at it, it’s a parking page. We’ll talk more about how to set up a parking page in these Blogs or you might want to accelerate your learning by contacting www.domainsbankers.com sooner.

Kevin Ham knows all about “type in traffic.” In the article that we saw in “Business 2.0, ” he talks about WeddingShoes.com. His site offers all types of wedding shoe merchant services or searches:

Kevin Ham paid $26,250 for the name FruitGiftBaskets.com…and again, it’s just a parked page. He now generates passive income through pay-per-click ads, domain parking.

The beauty of this business is that anyone can enter, especially you. Especially now, since you have this Blog. So let’s get started NOW!

Revisit here regularly so I can show you the way.

To begin

You have to have an understanding of the terms – “the lingo” in this industry.

The first term to understand is “direct navigation,” or “type-in traffic.” Both terms are used interchangeably. It is the traffic you receive when a web surfer types in a descriptive phrase followed by a.com in their browser address bar.
So it is, basically, when someone types a generic name into their browser’s address field.
When they are taken to that website, they are considered “direct navigation” or “type in traffic.”
So if you were to go into a browser and type in “saturdayracing.com” you will be taken to a site (saturdayracing.com) which is a pay-per-click site. It is simply a parked page – generating income daily.

So why is this direct navigation or type-in traffic so valuable? Well, it’s free. It bypasses the search engines. You don’t have to pay for pay-per-click. There’s no need to run ad campaigns. People are coming to that parked page by just typing the name into the browser window.
There’s no fear of click fraud. When someone comes to your site, they have come by typing the name into the browser bar and that’s it.

You don’t have to worry about search engine optimization.
You don’t have to worry about gaming the system.

You’re not at the mercy of the Google gods or the Yahoo! Gods or the MSN gods or any of them. Because, the visitor is coming by typing the name straight into the address bar.
It’s highly-targeted traffic. In fact, your visitor is actively seeking you out.

Research has shown that 86% or online consumers reach websites through type-in navigation. (source: UCLA study entitled “Analysis of User Web Traffic with a Focus of Web Activities)
67% of daily global Internet users arrive at websites solely by type-in navigation. (source: WebSiteStory, Inc.)
Direct navigation is being used!
More than two-thirds of internet surfers use direct navigation to arrive at a site. So it’s high quality traffic.
People are coming because they’re actively looking for what they’ve typed in.

Direct navigation is the largest untapped market for paid search advertisers
and ad agencies. It is believed that it has a current stigma among advertisers, but that it is going to grow and more and more people are going to be seeking it out.
So, it is time to cash in on direct navigation type-in traffic – Now!
